From the campus bookstore to the classroom, Luvo and our partners know that a multi-faceted and collaborative approach to learning maximizes in-class engagement, increases individual subject matter understanding, and arms students with the confidence to take ownership of their education.
Cengage Learning
 
Cengage Learning believes that engagement is the foundation of learning.  
They understand that an engaged learner is a successful one and are leading the transition to digital with a unique faculty AND student perspective to transform learning through engagement.
 
Luvo has integrated with Mindtap, Cengage Learning's premiere e-learning environment.  Through this integration, students using Mindtap have access to the full suite of Luvo course-specific, student-to-student study materials and services – including study guides, flashcards, and live on-on-one peer tutoring.  
 
This past spring, Luvo and Cengage Learning launched the Cengage Learning Scholar program. Instructors using a Cengage Learning product, such as MindTap, have the opportunity to recruit one student in their classroom as a Cengage Learning Scholar. Each selected student will be responsible for posting weekly summaries using notes, study guides, flashcards, video tutorials and/or offering live help on Luvo.

 

Barnes & Noble College
 
Barnes & Noble College is the country’s leading college campus store operator, whose mission is to create campus stores that are focal points for college life and learning, enhancing the educational mission of the institution, enlivening campus culture and delivering a strong and consistent revenue stream to their partner schools.
 
According to Barnes & Noble College’s research, more than 50% of college students are receiving tutoring, but the experience is very fragmented with assistance coming from friends, the college, or other general online resources.  Together, Luvo and Barnes & Noble College seek to unify peer learning on campus through college bookstores and in-class.
